That's the whole difference. The pochette itself is identical — same size, same lining, same pockets, same gold plate, tags still on it. What's missing is the detachable strap that comes in the box.
If you were going to carry it as a clutch anyway, buy this one and keep the $9. If you want it crossbody, either grab the full-price version instead, or clip on any strap you already own — the snap rings are a standard size and spare straps run about $8 online.

What's not perfect
No shoulder strap. No snap rings. Everything else is exactly as it left the factory. That's the only reason this one is cheaper, and I'd rather tell you now than have you open the box wondering.
