Where we ship
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do not ship internationally at this time.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders of in-stock items that ship from the ranch, like the Barn Sale, get free Economy shipping in the US over $100. Made-to-order apparel ships from our production partner and is charged at the checkout rate.
When it ships
- Barn Sale — in stock at the ranch. Ships the next business day.
- Made-to-order apparel (hoodies, tees, hats) — made after you order it. Allow 10–14 days for production before it ships.
- Personalized pieces made from your photo — we email you a proof first, and nothing is made until you approve it. From your approval it is 7–12 business days.
- Handmade leather — cut and finished by hand after you order. We email you when it ships.
- Printables & guides — instant download, nothing ships.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves. If you need something by a specific date, contact us at customerservice@doublecranchllc.us before ordering and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.
If an order contains items from more than one group above, they may arrive in separate packages.
