Two ways to get yours — order the personalized hoodie, or ask for something made from scratch.

Start with the Personalized Embroidered Hoodie. Pick the colour and size that fits.
Send Your Photo & Approve
Place your order through checkout, then email your horse's photo to customerservice@doublecranchllc.us with your order number in the subject line. We send you a proof by email. Nothing is ordered or stitched until you approve it.
Stitched & Shipped
Once you approve the proof, it goes to our embroidery partner. From that approval it's 7–12 business days start to finish, and most orders ship around day 8. The clock starts at your approval — if the proof sits unanswered, the timeline moves with it.

About the timeline: every personalized piece gets a proof by email before anything is made. The times below are accurate from the moment you approve that proof — not from the moment you order. If the proof sits in your inbox, your hoodie waits with it. Approve quickly and we'll keep to the schedule.
How your piece gets made — and how long it takes
Almost everything here is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. The embroidery and printing are done by production partners we chose and tested before we ever put their work on the site — we approve every design before it goes into production, and it meets our standard or it doesn't ship.
- Personalized embroidery — your own horse from your photo — 7–12 business days from the day you approve your proof. Most ship around day 8 from that point.
- Nugget and Willow hoodies — our designs, no proof needed — 7–12 business days from your order.
- Printed pieces — the Be Kind to Horses tees — 6–10 business days.
- Barn Blowout — in stock at the ranch, ships the next business day.
